Professor Trio's Lab

A trio of colleagues, Professors' Sequoia, Cypress, and Cedar run a cutesy little laboratory inside of Winchester Town. While at first glance it appears to be any regular farm house, a closer look will show a large sign posted outside with the Lab's name on display. Here you can acquire your very first Pokemon and begin your journey.

A new sign has been posted beneath the old one; the chicken scratch scrawl painted on the wooden sign reads: "Noctis is under new management" signed with the cryptic initials of N.P. The message is barely legible, purposely gouged out by what seems to be a very sharp knife. The following message has been scrawled, very precisely, underneath: "oh hell no itz nawt!!!" More graffiti can be read afterwards, with varying levels of legibility and the lewdness expected from common vandals.

The entire town seems very nervous. Newcomers are now regarded with suspicion. Townsfolk are less welcoming, less friendly. Everyone is feeling the tension - including the professors. Their doors are locked more often than not and there are even rumors of them refusing to hand out Pokemon to certain characters - and instead handing out excuses and apologies for whatever inconvenience they may have caused.
