Punishments
Noctis' rules are fairly lax, but seriously enforced. If you cannot adhere to the rules, you will be punished. The punishment will range in severity depending on which rule you have broken and the severity of your actions.
One (1) verbal warning will be issued on your first offense, no matter what rule you have broken.
If you persist with your behavior, you will receive a second (2) verbal warning. The second time is the charm.
If you still insist on mindlessly breaking the rules, you will receive a permanent warning on your account. It will be maxed out to 100%.
Three strikes, and you're out. We will not tolerate further reckless behavior. Once you receive a 100% warning on your account, it will not be abolished. Your account will be tracked relentlessly, and the next slip-up you make will be your last. You will be banned from the site and you will no longer be able to visit Noctis. If you attempt to make a new account and we discover that you had been banned in the past only to make another account, that account will be banned, and so on and so forth.
Also, disrespecting staff members is an automatic ban. The current staff members have volunteered to dedicate their time and their effort into this site and to provide you with an enjoyable roleplaying experience on Noctis for free. They are NOT paid to do their duties. They work free of charge to meet your needs and to supply you with a fun environment to roleplay in. Disrespecting a staff member is quite possibly one of the worst thing you can do on this site and you WILL be punished.
We, as staff members, expect everyone to follow the rules. If you see someone deliberately breaking the established conduct, please notify a staff member immediately. Please do not try to take matters into your own hands; that will only cause the scenario to escalate, and quite frankly, we don't want that. I am personally strained to my limits as far as lawlessness goes - I will not tolerate any unnecessary behavior, and neither will the rest of the staff.
