Hey there angel faces. Your derpy admin brings you a PSA about back to school.
I'm sure you all hear from your parents how important your education is and how fun comes later and it kind of becomes a Charlie Brown drone of wompwompwomp but I feel the need to stress how important your school work is.
It's one thing to go to class and listen to a lesson, but it's another to put it into practice. That is key to truly understanding the material and changing your grade for the better. It's true that grades don't mean everything (read: future career) but right now, it does. If you plan on going to post-secondary (if you aren't there already) then good grades definitely make the application process easier. While you shouldn't stress or get your hair in a knot, just keep it in mind.
I ask that you do your homework and assignments before you come spend your after school time on Noctis. We are not going to penalize you for not being here 24/7 and frankly, I would feel guilty if Noctis was becoming a distraction to your studies. We will always be here after you are done your work. Save us for your free time, not your study time. I mean, us admin are also going to be pretty busy too! Kittie is going into her last year of university (wish her luck!) and Liz has one hell of a senior project (that we all know she's going to do fabulous on), and I'm going into my second year of college. If anyone is going to understand the need to put education before play, it's us.
In short, work now, play later. We're not going to disappear because you choose to be responsible. So relax, and do well, my dears!

THROWIN IN MY OWN PSA TYPE THING HERE and saying that come September I will be mighty scarce. It's my last year in undergrad and I expect to be HELLA FUCKING BUSY, and when I'm not doing work I really do want to hang around with the RLs. I'll probably still be around, but not a lot. :3

Figured that I should finally comment on this xD
I am taking four classes this semester, and three of those are what the not-so-lovely state of Florida calls "Gordon Rule" classes. What this basically means is that they make you write papers... a lot. I have only been back like two and a half weeks, and I am already writing paper number three, and that is only for one of those classes! So I won't be on all day anymore, but I will still be around, popping in and checking things, just not lurking like I was before xD
And Jess, you'll be happy to know that I have gotten A's on all of my papers as of yet xD

Bringing this topic back up to let the remaining few who still visit know what's going on. I'm going to be volunteering at a pet sanctuary out of town and I won't be very active on here. I'll try to get replies in when I have the time but for now don't expect too much. :/ Sorry guys.

EE-yup, education may be the end of me. Whether I can post on a weekly basis is now a question. I'd love to be here as much as I can, though as much as I can has been reduced to perhaps once per week. My work at home normally takes me until eleven at earliest, one at latest, practically every night, and wakes me at four to work again. I'll be popping my ugly head online semi-frequently, though posting will be far less common from me than normal. Thanks for being patient with me, RE!
