Fiona loves pokemon. Fuzzy pokemon, scaly pokemon, feathery pokemon... all of them. She spent a lot of her life in her mother's veterinary clinic and had high hopes for becoming a pokemon vet one day herself. Unfortunately, she found herself too queasy to get into the trade like her mother. Instead she spent most of her time comforting the vet patients, playing with them any chance she got. When she really gave it some thought, she decided what she wanted to be most of all was a pokemon breeder - and that is exactly what she did.

Often found trying in vain to keep the main office somewhat in order, Fiona is always seen with a smile on her face. She's polite and eager, but easily flustered. She enjoys being organized, but has given up trying to keep the day care center in order - the disarray seems to have infected the center's system permanently. She often lets starters from the habitat rooms follow her around. She loves the company of pokemon, as well as people.

Although Fiona considers all of the pokemon of the Day Care Center her sweet precious babies until they're sent off to their proper homes, Vido has always been something special to her. The cuddly slumga has stuck with her through thick and thin, and was the first pokemon she'd ever truly call hers. He'd been dropped off by one of her mother's clients, covered in scratches and clearly hurting. The client had saved the slumga from an angry flock of spearow and fearow. Fiona knew the moment she saw Vido that he had to be hers.

Ronnie is a well-known juvenile hall delinquent. Due to her long track record (including vandalism, shop lifting, and even assault), she has had difficulties finding and holding down long-term employment. As part of her parole, however, she was required to take a job - her parole officer managed to procure her current position at the Day Care Center in Winchester, and without any other option, the woman was forcefully thrust into the hectic lifestyle of being a part-time assistant. Ronnie doesn't necessarily care for the duties that her job requires - in fact, for the most part, she loathes them. She's very vocal about some of the more mundane duties that she has to do, earning her a rather unpopular reputation. For the most part, her colleagues ignore her copious complaints, but occasionally a squabble will break loose, with Ronnie being the main instigator.

Despite her numerous negative traits, Ronnie isn't a wholly unattractive girl -- indeed, she is fairly pretty in her own way. She stands a short 5'3" and weighs approximately 115 lbs. She's a thin girl, but by no means frail - she has a slightly athletic body from her nefarious escapades. Lean muscle resides mainly in her limbs, supplying her with sufficient strength to do the activities she does on a daily basis. Her stomach is toned and compact, with nearly no visible fat. Needless to say, she's very flexible - at one point in her life, she even joined a small-time gymnasium (something that's also pointless to mention: she has no boobs to speak of). That did not last, however. She has a fair complexion with mostly unblemished skin. Her hair remains short, often cut by herself - generally in choppy waves that flick outward at the tips, maintained in a girlish pixie cut. Ronnie always dyes her hair herself, having done it since she was 13.

Ronnie has a twisted sense of humor and even darker sense of style. Her fashion sense has a tendency to fall under the "gothic" stereotype. She has a multitude of piercings - snakebites, a lip piercing, multiple earrings varying in shape, size, and type, a diamond stud in her nose, and a navel piercing. Her wardrobe is practically unlimited, but always falls under the "darker" genre.

• Ronnie only works at the Day Care Center as part of her probation.
  
  
• She's usually in-and-out of some kind of trouble so she's not always regularly able to attend her duties as a part-time assistant.
  
  
• Ronnie does not understand what boundaries are. Growing up in a household of 10 will do that to you.
  
  
• Ronnie likes to play head games. She's not always easily offended, but she is more or less easily provoked - thus the reason why there is an established "down time room."
  
  
• Ronnie doesn't like you unless you're hot. And even then you're not very likely to be treated with anything but mild disrespect.
  
  
• Ronnie is a bitch and she is proud of it. If you call her a bitch she will simply agree or laugh at you and punch you in the nose, saying that you "asked for it" afterwards.
  
  
• The only person that she (even mildly) respects is Fiona. And that's a grudging sort of respect that has been earned due to Fiona's patience with her.
  
  
• She and Miles have an interesting relationship - interesting in the sense that he is the one that usually has to intervene and keep her from completely lashing out. She insults him on a regular basis and treats him with very little dignity. She considers him to be a toy and nothing else.
  
  
• Ronnie is a skeptical person by nature. If you provide her with information that she deems dubious at best, she will demand to see an ID - and if it's a fake, she'll probably be able to discern it from a real one fairly easily and report you to the highest authority available in town (it is a part of her job, after all).
  
  
• Ronnie has a multitude of issues. None of them she will ever be willing to discuss with you, even if she has deemed you acceptable of her company.
  
  
• Ronnie isn't much of a trainer. She's okay with most pokemon - the emphasis being most - but she detests anything dim-witted or slow. She has considered opting out of the Day Care Center and becoming a trainer - definitely not a breeder - but can't quite seem to stay out of the system long enough to do so.

Miles Leblanc is the creme de la creme, the shit, the bees knees - whatever word tabloids are using these days. He is on the covers of Pokemon Today, has made appearances on talk shows, and his face is known around the region. He is a classic rags to riches story, as before he set out on his journey, he lived in a poorly maintained farm house with his parents and the family's Stoutland, as well as a few farm Pokemon. They had next to nothing and sold their low grade products for measly pennies. A decision to run the Beauty Contest circuit pulled Miles away from home with just the clothes on his back, and by the end of the year he had won the stadium tournament in Virtuoso City. He received the cash prize, the title of Beauty Contest Champion, and the fame that came with it all.

Instead of taking one of the prestigious jobs handed to him after his win, Miles returned to his Winchester home to remodel his family's farm. He also took up a position as a Breeder at the day care center so he may continue to care for Pokemon and help other aspiring Breeders on their journey. In actuality, Miles is a modest man who loves the small town life - he just happened to make it into the spotlight. He's rather shy, but not to the extent of being anti-social, and just prefers to sit in the background. He's full of kindness and love, and is all-around just a nice guy - not to mention that the tabloids have quickly caught onto the fact that he is quite handsome on top of it all.

This doesn't mean that Miles doesn't have his faults - some of which have been under the microscope of slanderous magazines under such titles of how much does Miles spend on hair products? and is Miles LeBlanc too vain? and the recently popular Miles LeBlanc - gay or straight?. It's true that he spends a copious amount of time on his appearance and fashion choices, and tends to hog the bathroom for hours to make sure he's constantly in his prime.
